Dr. Lillie M. Davis Joseph is the Founder and Pastor of Lily of the Valley (LOV) Ministries and a respected Kingdom leader with decades of experience in ministry, business, and public service. A native of Sumter, South Carolina, she has faithfully served the Tri-County area for more than 40 years.
Dr. Joseph holds a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Charleston Southern University, along with a Doctorate in Christian Education from His Excellence Theological Seminary. She previously served as Associate Pastor of Safegate Deliverance Ministries for more than 12 years and currently serves as an Elder at Totally His Cathedral and National Mother of Kingdom Builders Connect Kingdom Alliance under Apostle Sharell Eadie.
After retiring from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in 2019 following more than 39 years of federal service, Dr. Joseph continues to impact lives through ministry and entrepreneurship. As the owner of Lil's Place (LP), Inc., she has spent over 25 years providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, notary services, business formation, nonprofit development, and financial coaching.
A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and spiritual mother to many, Dr. Joseph is passionate about building God's Kingdom by equipping individuals, strengthening communities, and empowering businesses. Her life and ministry are anchored in her favorite scripture: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." – Philippians 4:13

Krysten Bowman

Krysten Bowman, affectionately known as "Krissy B. ," is an entrepreneur, advocate, speaker, and community servant dedicated to inspiring others through faith, resilience, and purpose. A proud graduate of South Carolina State University, She earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology & currently pursuing her Master's, equipping her with a passion for communication and helping others find their voice.
As the founder and She-E-O of Rejected but NOT Ruined Non-Profit Organization, Krissy uses her platform to encourage individuals to overcome adversity and embrace their God-given purpose. She is also a passionate Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) advocate, raising awareness and educating communities about life with the chronic inflammatory skin condition.
The only child and beloved daughter of Dr. Stephanie Hart, Krissy is a dedicated member of her church, where she faithfully serves on multiple ministry auxiliaries. Known for her compassionate heart, love for the color purple, and willingness to lend a helping hand, Krissy is committed to empowering others while living a life that reflects faith, service, and perseverance.

Erin Wilson-Maxwell

Erin Wilson-Maxwell is a Charleston, South Carolina native, devoted wife, mother of three sons, and accomplished public servant with more than 12 years of experience in South Carolina state government.
She specializes in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) law, leadership development, and professional training, dedicating her career to advancing equity, justice, and opportunities for underserved communities. Erin holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Aiken and is passionate about equipping individuals to lead with confidence, purpose, and integrity.
Through her work in public service and advocacy, Erin is committed to inspiring growth, fostering inclusive leadership, and creating meaningful, lasting impact in the communities she serves.

Pastor Sherron Archie-Sinclair

Pastor Sherron Sinclair serves as the Executive Pastor of Totally His Cathedral in North Charleston, South Carolina. A Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of healthcare experience, she has dedicated her life to caring for others both professionally and spiritually.
She is the Owner and CEO of Sinclair Medical Staffing Services, where she leads with excellence and compassion. Passionate about healing, deliverance, and Kingdom service, Pastor Sinclair is committed to empowering others through ministry and leadership.
A proud mother of three sons, she resides in Goose Creek, South Carolina, where she continues to impact lives through faith, healthcare, and servant leadership.

Tonia V. Fair is a retired finance and administrative professional with more than 37 years of dedicated service to the State of South Carolina. A native of Sumter, South Carolina, she built a distinguished career rooted in excellence, integrity, and public service.
A devoted mother of two and widow, Tonia now resides in Columbia, South Carolina. She has shared a lifelong friendship with the Founder of LOV Ministries for more than six decades, bringing unwavering support, wisdom, and a heart for serving others.
Her lifelong commitment to faith, community, and meaningful relationships continues to make a lasting impact on those around her.

Star-Shema Harris
Grant Writer
Star-Shema Harris is a finance and administrative professional, licensed minister, and nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience in business operations, grant development, and community engagement.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Great Women Unite, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering women through resources and initiatives that promote mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness. She also serves as the Grant Writer for LOV Ministries, helping secure funding to advance the ministry's mission and outreach.
As the owner of The Star Connection, LLC, Star-Shema helps entrepreneurs and small businesses identify funding opportunities, strengthen their operations, and expand their impact.
A Charleston, South Carolina native, Star-Shema now resides in Georgia with her children and remains passionate about empowering people, strengthening organizations, and building thriving communities.
